"Casa La Vista" Cabo Construction update

Hello Friends,
Back in SF after a week in Cabo. Very inspiring! Casa is starting to get comfortable.

Find the very happy Iguana ...

Karen and I returned about a week ago from our first stay in the new place. This trip was really exciting and productive. Check it out...

Casita Naybors

Ted & Durga are currently, right now, our first guests staying in Casa-La-Vista!

Got some furniture in, too. Good Job, KB!

As I’m sitting at home typing, (2/9/19) Karen, Ted & Durga are making the 5 day drive from SF to Baja. Currently somewhere south of the border

Below is a link to Casa La Vista living room cam.
During the day you can see our pool,  and beyond that,  you can see the Sea (of Cortez)

Wish us luck, and you are all invited !

Karen flew Wednesday, with a truly long 'to-do' list. Our builder, Jay Manning contracted dengue fever, somehow, and was out of commission for 2 weeks. So here are a few more pics until KB gets back.

And the winner is: "Casa La Vista" (thanks to all for good ideas, but prize must to go to Robbie !)

September 16th Update:
As you will see, seriously beginning to look like a real house now !

"The TV wall" (because Jay suggested any potential guest would expect one...)

August 19th Update:
Nice new concrete, cabinets, and glass! And btw, we still haven't come up with a good name for the place... so still taking suggestions ! (ie: "Casa Manana", "Casa x", etc.)
Cheers,
Andy

Hello Family & Friends,
Some big changes can be soon now! Interior work, cabinets, appliances ! Moving along faster than I would have thought...  Andrew

Several new pics, from our builder, Jay Manning ...

Got home to SF last night, and have to say our house is getting built faster than I imagined.

We are seeing some serious, real progress here! KB and I fly on June 19 for a week. If you're reading this, then you are welcome to join us (but bring a tent (smile), Andrew

Too close to the water? Some might say! (builder says not...)
